Dr. Raissa Villanueva is a practicing neurologist with specialized expertise in clinical practice management, medical coding, and healthcare reimbursement. With a career spanning patient care, operational leadership, and physician education, Dr. Villanueva is recognized for improving the efficiency and regulatory compliance of neurology practices. She has extensive experience optimizing clinical workflows, and implementing best practices in CPT, ICD-10, and E/M coding. She brings a balanced perspective grounded in clinical expertise, administrative insight, and a passion for advancing the operational excellence of neurology practices. She is currently Chief of Headache in the department of Neurology and Compliance Medical Director at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY.
