Jeffrey Royce the founder of the Neuro and Headache Center located in Rockford Illinois. He holds the appointment of Clinical Associate Professor in the department of Family Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He is the Headache fellowship director at UIC Rockford.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has been awarded fellowship status in the American Headache society.
Dr Royce is published in the specialty of headache medicine. He has co-authored an article on facing the challenges of providing headache care for the uninsured and underinsured and has published an article on headaches in older people.
