MaryAnn Mays, MD, FAAN, is Vice-Chair of Education at the Neurological Institute of Cleveland Clinic and a Staff Neurologist in the Center for Neurological Restoration, Section of Headache and Facial Pain. She joined the Cleveland Clinic in 1998 after graduating from the Medical College of Ohio. With nearly two decades of experience in graduate medical education, she currently serves as Associate Program Director for the Neurology Residency Program. An active member of the American Headache Society, Dr. Mays serves on its Leadership Development Committee. She is also a co-founder and Board Member of the Great Lakes Regional Headache Society, where she co-directs the annual symposium. Her clinical and academic interests center on headache disorders and facial pain, and she has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in headache medicine.
