Medication overuse headache (MOH) is often attributed to NSAID use, but correlation does not equal causation. NSAIDs do not cause MOH in all people. The epidemiology, mechanistic uncertainty, and clinical heterogeneity shows that the risk of MOH is context-dependent. Attendees will gain a balanced, evidence-based understanding of individual susceptibility, NSAID use, and MOH.
